Static caravan park of high quality, families and pets welcome, spotless site and caravans, quite site no club house or pool but 5 minutes walk to Polzeath beach, staff very helpful and friendly.
What a little gem! I must say that this was the perfect base to return to after hiking along the gorgeous coastal paths. We stayed in the lodge which was extremly spacious and had a very attractive and stylish decor which I haven't found at other parks.
We really enjoyed our stay. Lots to do, even in the rain!Carvan was clean and cozy and we enjoyed the pizza from the van on our first night. Grounds well maintained and felt safe. It was nice to have parking next to our caravan for two cars.
Wow what a find! Lovely, well maintained park with gorgeous views of the village! I am so pleased that we chose this site for our holiday. The site is quiet and provides a very nice family atmosphere. We could not fault the cleanliness of the caravan or the lovely and helpful welcome we received by the owners, who were very chatty and informed us of the homemade pizza van which was due for arrival on site that evening (my partner was delighted at not having to cook after an 8 hour journey... plus the pizza was delicious!). The site itself is essentially on the beach with only a 2 minute walk onto the sand. A few shops, takeaways and most importantly pubs down in the village who also offer delicious food with a brilliant sea view. We too are perplexed by some of the negative reviews of this site (which seem to all be from one group) as we could not have been received and treated more kindly and accommodatingly. We will definitely be staying here again!
Came here beginning of June stayed in silver caravan. Really lovely caravan....brand new!don't understand some other comments because we found the owner very helpful and pleasant!on leaving we left 2 items in caravan and the owners very kindly posted them on to us. Overall site immaculately kept quiet and clean and would definitely recommend it to anyone!
