Disgraceful customer service by this chain . Polzeath branch refused to refund a purchase made in error not 2 mins before. Disgusting.

The clothes are generally high quality, slightly pricey surfy brands - Volcom, Quiksilver, Billabong etc. They also sell wetsuits and equipment, as well as accessories like rucksacks and jewellery. All the staff are really friendly and happy to assist with anything!
Great price and location for a surfing holiday with friends. Mostly families stay here. The cafe next door is excellent.
