An amazing ambience is to be shared here at Robby gloves campsite. Not for the faint hearted, it a site for the seasonares here in Polzeath. Filled with youth from all warps of life, it is world wide known good place to stay. Enjoy.
I arrived after another day walking the Coastal Path in gale force winds. Robbie Love met me, we chatted and he was very friendly and kind.I pitched my tent in a sheltered spot while the gales howled on and I felt so grateful for a great nights sleep. Ok, the shower block is basic but it all felt very luxurious to me after a couple of nights wild camping in high winds on the path. In mid-September the site is quiet and relaxed. A great refuge. A rough and ready campsite with heaps of character. Great value for money and lovely receptionist, fab location however, I emerged from the shower block feeling less clean than when I entered. Apart from this, we had a fantastic holiday

Walked the whole Cornwall coast and this campsite stood out. The campsite is fine and fairly chilled but unfortunately the shared bathrooms/kitchens were extremely dirty, smelly and badly maintained
