Called on sat and asked if could repair my wheel on Monday so that I could ride while on holiday. They did a great service and were polite etc. Will use again if need to.
I was told to pop into the shop after Phoning up to explain that I needed to have my spokes tightened up or possibly needed a new 29inch wheel. They said we will try and help me out and asked me to just pop in! Walked over 2 miles with my bike. Was greeted by the mechanic with Very little motivation and appeared not to want to help. (Maybe because I was a tourist???).I asked if there were any other bike workshop in Wadebridge. I was told NO because there are only cycle hire shops within the town. Went to a cycle hire shop up the road, which obviously had a bike workshop with a mechanic. They sorted my bike within 30 minutes. Friendly and welcoming. Fantastic customer service.

Fantastic service so far! I used their website 2 days ago to arrange for the hire of a cot for our holiday in Padstow. I explained that as we were driving down from Manchester, I was unsure of our arrival time. The next day I received an email saying that Babes & Bikes had called our cottage rental company to arrange to have it delivered before we arrive!! Brilliant.....they've taken all the stress away and sorted it out for us.
