Brilliant - friendly and helpful staff, quick to get set up and off on the trail. Bikes in good condition. Free use of customer car park for the afternoon that we were cycling. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
Had a wonderful day on the trail, absolutely fantastic staff and exceptional customer service. Whoever has said on these reviews that they have discriminated against disabled people could NOT be further from the truth. My brother needed their wheelchair tandem that they had ready and charged up for us on arrival, he absolutely LOVED it. We were given parking at the front of the store because we had a wheelchair user with us, so we had easy access. I also had my two children with me who were fitted nicely on their bikes and the staff were so good with them. I could not fault them at all, the bikes were brilliant and so comfortable! At a great price too! Thankyou for a great family day out and we will certainly be back!
