Chose this vet practice over some closer to home based on friends recommendations and I'm glad we did. All staff are friendly and helpful, and genuinely care about animals and their owners. Took my dog in recently fearing that she may be poorly and the after an examination, the vet suggested to monitor the dog for a day or two before going ahead with further tests such as scans and blood tests so they don't jump the gun with unnecessary treatments - the dog was fine, so a good call. Would recommend
Our dear chico had a minor op this week, the staff are so kind and compassionate. The vets are very reassuring and knowledgeable. You feel 100% confident that they will look after your beloved pet.
Took my very elderly cat to be euthanized. Andrew offered either sedation or flat euthanisation. I went for the former, in the hope that it was the kindest way to go. Andrew injected my cat in his spine, by his hips? I was expecting the shot to be given in my cat's neck? I was then left in a tiny room, without my cat, for 20 minutes, 20 minutes! Andrew finally appeared with my poor cat saying the sedative hadn't worked? WTF? Basically my darling boy, had a terrible death, just awful. Do not bring your pet's to see Andrew.
I would like thank the practise of Nute Vets especially Julia who went above and beyond customer care even giving me taxi service numbers when my deerhound needed tablets whilst I was on holiday in Polzeath. They contacted my home vets and sorted it all out for me. Great help thank you.
Fantastic experience. Told the practice that my dogs were nervous of going to the vets. Could nt fault the care ,time n compassion given to both our dogs. Both of them after individual consultations came out happy n relaxed, having enjoyed the care given. Have been back since n received the same excellent service from the whole team.
