Rosemain deserves 5 stars for everything. The only comments I would make are - the car parking area could do with some gravel to absorb the mud and large puddles you have to walk through to get to the house. Also, information regarding refuse collection could be clearer, we couldn't find black box for bottles. Fantastic house, couldn't fault it.

Unfortunately, after I placed the 30 % deposit my wife was diagnosed with a serious illness so we had to cancel. You would have thought that common sense would prevail and that Perfect Stays would refund our deposit under the circumstancesan especially when they have 6 months to re-advertise the property so no one losses out.No such luck instead PERFECT STAYS advised me that not only will I lose my deposit i may be liable to pay the FULL 5000 for our canceled holiday. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO READ THE SMALL PRINT OF THEir T&C S.
We have just had a wonderful week at Phoenix house celebrating my birthday with my family , ages ranging from 1-92 yrs! The house is beautiful with the most amazing views , and in all weathers from hailstorms and gales to sunshine! Everything was top quality , the most comfortable beds and sofas, and the kitchen was superbly equipped with everything we could possibly have wanted, and was a pleasure to cook in . The attention to detail from the owners and the agents were very much appreciated- particularly the highchair, travel cot, change mat, nappy bin, teddies and gorgeous bath robes for my grandsons , plus toys and games available which were very well used and enjoyed - especially the train set! Thanks for your high standards and good taste throughout - wish I could have taken the house home with me (and the view of course!)
We used Perfect Stays to organise an extended family holiday in Cornwall over half term. Everything lived up to the name! Accommodation was excellent and the information provided prior to the stay was extremely comprehensive. Overall I would highly recommend using Perfect Stays.
Cardinham barn was delightfully situated at the end of a long private drive in the woods. It was semi detached but we were not disturbed by other holiday makers. Anyway the owner was resident to iron out any minor problems. The interior was lovingly and tastefully equipped and decorated. We arrived after a bad choice in St Ives so it was a particularly pleasant experience.
