Spotlessly clean and fresh everywhere. Faultless hospitality and v well cooked breakfast using local ingredients. Nothing too much trouble. 5 mins to centre of Wadebridge with a variety of places to eat. The bed was a bit short for my husband (6'1") but that didn't stop us sleeping well. We'd definitely recommend.
