My experience was entirely the opposite of the above reviewer ! We have recently moved down where our surgery booking system was different but filtered patients just as this does. In both cases receptionists were helpful and clear with instructions, I spoke to Dr Scott by telephone the same day and saw him 24 hrs later.
A very poor service from this practice, you have to make an appointment for a call back from a doctor which will be over the next few days if you are lucky. During the call from the doctor you get the impression he or she is very reluctant to see you. My call was about sever lower back pain but I was not given an appointment to see the doctor. My wife has just had a type 3 hamstring injury caused by a slip and fall, she has had two call-backs from her doctor but he does not want to see her to assess the damage himself although he is happy to sign her off work.
