My initial visit to this Practice having been on NHS waiting list for a while. The establishment is clean and tidy. well decorated and inspires confidence in itself, the reception staff are polite and helpful and the dental surgeon who saw me was a delightful lady who gave direct advice, was thoughtful and most reassuring.On my second visit for an extraction the surgeon was running a little late but I was made aware of this and offered another appointment if I wished. I chose to wait, and was treated in good time, still within my own appointment 'window'. Commendable and professional service.Visited for 2019 new year check-up and again the young lady dental surgeon was excellent, couldn't ask for better.Latest visit early February have had a displaced bridge reattached, once again the young lady dental surgeon was a model of professionalism, absolutely recommended.
I am a very nervous, anxious person, especially when it comes to the dentist. I was made to feel at ease, and Katherine my dentist was very friendly and professional, explaining what treatments will be required in a way I could understand. The reception staff were also very friendly and welcoming, and the building itself was clean and modern. I would highly recommend this practice and am looking forward to my next appointment.
First experience with Katie ... very professional ,cant say more than that as I only had a check up ... good advice , if and when I can afford it ... Amy very good also , as I have had nurses in the past that made me gag , but nothing from Amy .. so 5 stars all round .... will know more if and when I have to have treatment .... Mr A Stone

Excellent service from everyone at the dental practice. To be honest Im not a fan of the dentist tried to avoid it at all cost but knew I need to go. Im new(ish) to the area and did a good search around for places to go and seen the reviews here 4-5 stars. Booked my self in very friendly service on the phone and came along to my appointment date friendly at reception. Dentist (DR Andrew Taylor) called me up and told him was very nervous about it and he explained everything that was going to happen before and while examining my teeth and put my nerves at ease an excellent service throughout my appointment there and can see exactly how their 5 star reviews. Excellent service and friendly staff... thank you
